Geomorphology

Concept of geomorphology:

Geomorphology is the study of Earth form. In other words, it is the study of landscapes and landforms.

Difference between landscape and landform:

A landscape is an expanse of scenery that can be seen in a single view. A landform is one of the features that make up the Earth's surface, such as a plain, mountain, or valley.

Extragenic processes that form landscape:

Extragenic processes occur in the outer space. The landforms that make this processes occurs after outer space impacts like meteors. They can produce massive extinctions, craters...

Endogenic processes that form landscape:

Endogenic processes occur by internal processes of the Earth, like vulcanism or diastrophism.

Exogenic processes that form landscape:

Exogenic processes occur by external processes of the Earth, like weathering and erosion.

One example of landform:

All of these are landforms: Bays, archipelagos, mountains, glaciers, peninsulas, fields...
