History of the name "Americas":

The name of America is very controversial.. Lots of people think that the name America delivered from the explorer Amerigo Vespucchi. In fact it is very accepted that the name came from this explorer. Indeed, there are always people who think different, like the theory that this name came from Ommerike, an old word that means farthest outland.

Difference between America Central and Central America:

America Central is all 5 countries that where part of the Capitania General de Guatemala. These countries are: Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Central America is all America Central plus the Caribbean.

Anglo America's oficial language is english, but french, spanish, and portuguese are also talken.

Anglo America - Religion:

Anglo americans have by principal religion to be protestant.

Anglo America - Economy:

This american divison is very rich in economy.

Latin America - Language:

Latin America's oficial languages are spanish and portuguese.

Latin America - Religion:

Latin americans have by principal religion to be catholic.

Latin America - Economy:

This american division is very poor in economy.
